Returns

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective food product, please contact our customer service within 3 of receiving your order. We may require you to provide photos of the damaged or defective product. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Incorrect Items Received:
In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you or provide a refund, whichever you prefer.

Non-Perishable Items:
For non-perishable items, you may return unopened and unused products within [number of days, 14 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product cost.
